Paid Account Subscriptions and Add-On Features

AuthorExclusive offers three paid account subscriptions, billable on a monthly basis, and an Enterprise custom plan. All plans come with free trial periods.
No Refunds. You may cancel your AuthorExclusive paid account at any time. Refunds are only issued if required by law. For example, users living in the European Union have the right to cancel their Paid Account subscriptions within 14 days of signing up for, upgrading to, or renewing a Paid Account.
Cancellation. Your Paid Account will remain in effect until it's cancelled or terminated under these Terms. If you don’t pay for your Paid Account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or remove Paid Account features.
Upgrades/Downgrades. You may upgrade or downgrade your account freely. The subscription amount will be prorated. If downgraded, the subscription overage will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Changes. We may change the fees in effect but will give you advance notice of these changes via a message to the email address associated with your account.
One-Time Service Fees
AuthorExclusive offers several levels of Agent Query service for a fee.
Refunds. Refunds may be issued only if requested before the query process has been started (review and/or sending the query to agents). After the query process has started, there will be no refunds.
Changes. We may change the fees in effect but will give you advance notice of these changes via a message to the email address associated with your account.
Account Reinstatement Fees
AuthorExclusive charges a one-time fee for the reinstatement of the paid accounts cancelled for non-payment or voluntarily, during a period of time not exceeding 180 days after the cancellation of the account. This fee is not refundable, but it can be waived under special circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Company (i.e. force majeure, etc.).
